What is Family Therapy
Family Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving communication, understanding, and emotional connection among family members. How Family Therapy Works
Sessions typically take place once a week for about 60 to 90 minutes, either in-person at our Cyberjaya centre or online for families across Selangor and the Klang Valley.
During each session, the therapist facilitates open dialogue and helps family members recognize how their behaviors and emotions affect one another. The focus is on developing empathy, understanding relationship roles, and building more effective ways to resolve conflicts and support each other.
