What is Couple Therapy
Couple Therapy, also known as marriage or relationship counseling, is a form of psychotherapy designed to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional intimacy. A trained therapist works collaboratively with both partners to explore patterns of interaction, underlying emotional needs, and challenges that may be causing distress in the relationship.

How Couple Therapy Works
Sessions are typically held once a week for 60 to 90 minutes, either in-person at our Cyberjaya centre or online for clients across Selangor and the Klang Valley. During each session, your therapist facilitates open dialogue, guides emotional processing, and teaches communication and problem-solving skills based on evidence-based approaches.
